All Membership Applications must be accompanied by the Membership Application Information / Privacy Statement Form. Send both forms to the EDAA with the correct payment.
If you wish to apply for membership for part of the year you must contact the EDAA for a pro-rated fee application form.

Members wishing to register for the EDAA Employment Registry Services must complete and return both forms below:

Employment Registry (Employers) Employers wishing to register as users of the EDAA Employment Registry services must complete and return the Employer Statement of Understanding. Once on file the employer can access the services at any time by faxing in the Request for Information form.

Home Study Courses - The EDAA has numerous home study courses available. Out of province and out of country purchasers should check with their own organizations to ensure these courses meet their eligibility requirements.
